I ordered my tekfussion m2 headphones from tekfussion website and paid 1599/- through net banking, but i haven't received product till 29dec 2017 so i mailed tekfussion customer care for this, they provide me a link in which product tracking is shown that my product is received at baroda gujarat,

I ordered product at bhopal and they deliver at baroda, i complaint against this and they guarantee me they deliver product within 48hr but till now i haven't received it, i mailed them for refund but they are not answering my mail, please help me for getting my money back.
