Teknik Motors — Vehicle Number and Registration is pending since more than 2 months

Dealer has not provided Vehicle number and Registration since more than 2 months. I have been making calls and visiting multiple times at the store as well but with no luck. They don't receive my calls and every-time when i visit, they make false promises that You will receive it in next 2-3 days.
