Telangana State Road Transport Corporation [TSRTC] — Ticket cancellation not done and not got that refund

I have Booked a ticket frm chennai to Hyderabad below i have given the details of the same.
Ticket No : 48921015 Uid Number : 6651
Service Code/Name : 1327 / CNI - KPHB From :CHENNAI To : BHEL
Pickup Point : CHENNAI CMBT Date of Journey : 16-Jan-2016.
I have sent Mail to cancellation due to system they are not able to do from their end. Hence i have sent a mail on 15th at 11.30 A.m. But tilldate i have not got the refund.

Almost every i call the Customer care. I got the same answer that thye are checking and getback in 2 days. But till date i have not got any responce
