I am writing to you with a serious concern of Dogs howling, barking, chasing small kids & creating a lot of nuisance in my lane. It’s even scary to walk on the street, there are at-least 15 to 20 dogs. I am unable to sleep at night because of their constant barking and several other resident’s are complaining about the same too.
