Tele Sky Brands — received wrong product - no proper response from over a month now.

Hi,

This is laxmi bai from hyderabad. I have ordered ayurbetic combo+ single product with reference number 72573 in the month of february through cash on delivery. I paid the amount of rs. 2950 to the delivery boy and when i opened the box i see that i got roopayur oil. This is on 27/02/2018. From then on i have called multiple times and spoke to dr sonali sharma almost daily and every time they say is that they are sorry to send wrong product and they will send the actual product in 4-5 days... I have repeatedly called them again and again only to hear the same story... Its almost 45 days now and i still did not get my order.. Some times they say they have already sent the product and sometimes they say they will send tomorrow and 2 days.. I am fed up with these guys now and i doubt if these people are real..
Sorry to say but i feel they are bluffing people by sending wrong product and taking the money from innocent people.
Today 3rd of april i once again spoke to some jaspreet and he said he will re-send it and i will get in 8 days..
I really dont understand what to do and whom to trust.. I already paid rs 2950 and still did not get the product..
It is really hurting me to hear the same story from these people..

I wish if some senior manager or owner of the company see this email and respond me back by giving the product or return my money... I order this product with lots of hope as my sugar level is very high... But these guys are just playing with me everytime i call them... Please some one help me on this and help me on solving this issue.
