Tele Sky Brands — Wrong product

Since Month of the July 2015 I have order the product "No Piles" through online. As I appreciated very much while I have received it within 3 days. And accordingly I paid cash on delivery @ Rs 2250/- during the time i received. But when I opened the product it was "Stop Piles " also I got a gift voucher Rs1500/-. I had surprised but i thought they will replace it very easily. And I was contact them and they given me the complain no [protected] accordingly I logged in my complain. (order no 7067938).

The thing is after two week while i tried to called that no they were not pick up the phone as long as tried. Now No need to replace the product I need the amount which I have paid.
