Tele Win Marketing — Wrong Product delivered and not answering the call | |||
Hi, I register the order on behalf of the call from Tele Win Marketing, The offer is they are providing me the Micromax mobile which is of Cost 3500/- and whose actual price in the market is approx[protected]. Once i got the parcel from Jivrajpark post office, I opened it in the Post office infront of post employee, i found there one hanuman chalisa yantra in the box instead of the mobile. Hi I booked Micromax Canva 109 @ 3500/- only. A call came to me on 07/07/15 and they told me that i had won a mobile on which payment should be made at the time of delivery. I accepted the deal and ordered finally i paid and what i receive a Hanumanji Locket with chain (Duplicate). It is a totally Fake Co. So dear Bro & Sis dont follow it and it is a request from your brothers

Before few days i got call from tele win marketing (Delhi) and they offer me the Micromax mobile in 3500/-, the actual cost of the mobile is 7000/- to 8000/- (Good Discount).
They ask me pay the money on cash on delivery while parcel arrive in post office. Once i reach to the post office and open the parcel in front of the post office employee, The hanuman chalisa yantra is there inside of parcel rather than Micromax Mobile. I call to their number and at that time their mobile is switch off. After some days their call came to me about the product and i told them the complain and also register the complain to their website http://telewin.in
Please suggest me the steps to make the understand the power of the Consumer, Wish my step can save some other consumers money too.
