Hi Telebrand, I have purchased Super slicer order date on 19/01/2014 (Sunday) and Received damaged product from Indian post on 6th Feb 2014 and I requested Customer care to replace the super slicer (Complaint# OP2098829) and damaged product send it back to your Telebrand - (Thane) address on 8th Feb 2014, through Indian Post, Courier number for your reference: CK[protected]IN. Order Details Number : 2339663 on 19/01/2014 (Sunday). Let me know the status on replacement and courier number. Really felt up with Tele-brand products. We send to this company [protected]@telebrandsindia.com will never reply to the mails. The customer service is rude that they hang up your call (happened to me more than 20 times on different days).
Whom should I complain about it / how do I get receiving my product. Product cost Rs: 2343/-
