I have ordered ultra table mate - buy 1 get 1 with free feature mobile. Received two table mates. As per the advertisement and online order details and per online chat agent i should get both table mate 2 (Ultra). But pink color one is table mate2 and blue color one is table mate and blue color one's quality is very poor. As per the order invoice i should get both ultra table mates (Table mate 2). Received feature phone also defective. After inserting the battery, phone back cover is not closing. Please replace the goods. I sent an email to [protected]@telebuyindia.com but received response after multiple followups. When i have spoke with customer care agent, he is asking me to reach their showroom for replacement. When i called up showroom contact numbers, one number is wrong and another number never connecting. For the mistake done by them do i need to travel to and forth in traffic to showroom. I have requested them do door step replacement and said that i can bare deliver changes but no response from that team.
