Placed an order in telebuy.in on 13th Jun for one smart mop. But still i have not received any update / phone calls.
Tried to contact via chat in telebuy.in website. but they told only for sales and not customer service.
called customer service after 10 days. They told no stock for the product and need to cancel the order. I asked why didn't inform customers after 10 days. No response. Asked them to cancel the order. they told me that order will be cancelled and the amount will be transferred to my account within 10 days. now more than 20 days. but no response again. Website the order status is still showing as processing.
