[Resolved] Telebuy — Not replacing the Defective Tablemate | |||||
I purchased 2 tablemate (pink colour). I got them delivered to my home address on 17th Sept . First one had a minor crack which was replaced next day . Second one is also seem to be defective with a bend towards the edge . My uncle (cc'ed in the mail) tried to contact your customer service and they advised we need to pay another £300 for replacement. Is this the way telebuy deal with complaints?. On questioning about warranty they said they can give us free replacement if we buy another item from telebuy. What a bargain ? I have never seen such a worst customer service . Can this issue be please escalated to highest level and replace the defective item.
