[Resolved] Telebuy — repair to my orbitrek elite (basic) | |||
I had inquired about the above product from Telebuy, the representative just asked for my Credit Card Number, on the assurance that he will just check the details of my Credit card, but to my utter surprise the representative utilized the card to book the product, on my protest the representative assured me of a very good product and prompt service. The actual fact is that, this is a cheating company, I have been complaining with the company since long ( more than 2 years now but the representatives are always avoiding me by giving lame excuses of non availability of service center at my place, when they do not have the service centers, then why should they sell their products by making false promises of good and prompt service, I need to register a complaint against this fraud company thus get justice to my problem.
