Tata Docomo — tata photons bad services wrong commitments and overbilling | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I was facing lot of problems with tata there connection at my home was just giving 44% signal on a complaint they sent a representative and said nothing can be done for this area. Initially the strength was good later on it was just 44%. When I asked to close the connection due to bad services they offered me plan of Rs650 instead of Rs950 and I used it till July. I was called up by one representative of tata who confirmed that from July onwards my Plan will be of Rs250 as paying Rs650 for such bad service was not wothwhile. I was shocked to see the bill that they have not changed my plan and demanding good amount in there bills. They kept on generating bills and have not closed connection despite of my several reminders. I agreed to pay Rs723 and they agreed to sent a representative who never cam to my home. Tata is not closing this connection as per me the Correct amount is just Rs1000 which I am ready to pay But company after giving several waiver offers is willing that I should give them 1500 which is absolutely Illegal.
