I have many complain to docomo but my latest complain that is i recharged my no [protected] with 28 rs tariff for cheap std or local call rate on 1st may 2013 as per pack - i will charged 1 paise for 2 second for any no for first 1000 min . but i notice from 7th may deduction on call is 1.5 pasie/ second
i called customer care but those liar there said i have consumed 1000 min range while 1000 min will finish if i talk 3 hours per day simple mats calcultion .
Sir i talk maximum to maximum 20 min per day that's why i choose this plan you can ask for to docomo and can check my calling period since i purchase sim.
i asked them to complain but those fraud of Docomo not agreed to at all complain .
i asked to transfer call to senior but always they are busy call later they said very rudely, neither they complain or transfer call if i began to force then a single solution disconnect the call and stop my customer care service of the no. . i tried with second of mine friend docomo no instead of any help with same process they block his customer care also.
i tried through website but this is only for show you cant complain there
and no answer of mail
So finally i complain here
if not solve i changed provider with MNP
