[Resolved]  Vodafone — Worst Service Provider

I have taken a post paid connection on which Vodafone wrongly not activated the unlimited data plan as requested. As a result when I got a huge bill not using data services assuming that these servics are under un-limited data plan, i tried to resolved the issue........... but I must say that VODAFONE IS THE WORST in terms of customer services becoz inspite of doing all it is still not resolve even when I have disconnected the number after informing them.

THEY STILL KEEP CALLING ME SAYING THAT THERE IS OUTSTANDING ...... FOR THE AMOUNT OF WHICH ADJUSTMENT IS TO BE DONE FROM THEIR END.

I EXPERIENCED VODAFONE AS THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER, WHO IS NOT BOTHERED WITH CUSTOMER'S PROBLEMS

this is v srinivas . i have used a postpaid card bearing no.:
[protected]. i have disconnected it on august 9 th 2007.they said my deposit will be refund with in 45days. but it is already 3 and half (105 days ) gone but still not returned. i have asked about this in vodafone showroom at karimnagar(near geehabhavan) but they r not responding i gave a complaint to care center they gave me a service no.[protected].but invain .
pls take necessary action

The network for the vodafone is not at all good. When ever i try making a call i get the message "Network Busy" . And i need to try for atleast 10minutes continuosly to make a call. Try to solve this issue as soon as possible.

Vodafone Postpaid — Deposit not returned

Gave me wrong information about 250 rs. from pitampura branch. I have receipt, please help me.

Kindly refund the Deposit at the time of Connection also paid extra Amount for Selection of Nos.
Now, option was changed so we request to take action for refund of deposit from ur end at earliest
Again i cleared the total Bill amount with wrong Nos. such as Special No. Charged to us
for approximate for Rs.1000/- extra. Again u escape for refund the Deposit
which was not fair.

sir/ mdm, i ramesh shedekar and my no is [protected] which is on a name of shweta salvi is in our group, from last three days i my outgoing as well as incoming calls are disconnect. to resolve this i went thrice to your vodafone store at mulund near nirmal life style, token no 183, 29, 19, where mr sachin mr santosh and miss trupti attained me, and every time they gave me a false commitnent that within half an hour they will activate my service, but still today i m facing with same problem .also the branch manager miss anju also gave me false commitment 2day . can you resolve my problem

WIPRO — Vodafone - Incoming call was not received

hi,

i am a vodafone prepaid customer, last whole week i didnt recieve any incoming calls. i can able to make a call, and send SMS to Local/national. i am recieving the incoming mesaages.

the problem is with incoming calls. i have called N number of times, but problem was not solved.

i have suffered due to this.

i'm really amazed 2 tell that vodafone is becoming one of d worst service provider, as i'm facing d irresponsible, irritating , worst, service since 15 days. i've rech'd for 75, rs and still waitin 4 activation of plan, and waitin for d response from the CC execitives each day, wher they fail to provide, can any one alive in the co can atleast respond to this ? my no [protected]
