[Resolved] Vodafone - Complaint — Activation of Services | |||
I gave requested through mail for activation o[censored]nlimited Internet Plan for my Mobile, which was confirmed by them. After one month Vodafone sent me a Bill of Rs. 10000/- saying that either pay the bill or show us the proof that we confirmed of activation of services. Now they have stopped the data services also saying that pay the bill first. I found it very un-professional type of services............. and thinking to take action against them. DO U HAVE THE COPY OF ACTIVATION MAIL SENT BY YOU TO VODAFONE IN YOUR SENT FOLDER.? YOU SHOULD... FIRST RESEND THAT MAIL AS PROOF OF YOUR REQUEST, TAKE PRINTOUT AND ALSO SAVE IT IN YOUR MY FOLDER.
