Teleking — i order for mobile and got diffrent product to God photos

I applied for a mobile handset named samsung grand by using my mobile number [protected].I had received a phone call from ur company (No.-[protected] time-03:26pm date-28/05/15) that the same can be bought at a good price of rs.5000 with shiiping charges in addition.But today(Dated : 08/06/15) i had received the product from head post office, mainpuri(Time : 12:30pm).The bar code number is cd[protected]IN, e-biller id is 4224 bpcod-tk52527. On opening the product, i found that it contains the statue of ganesh-lakshmi which is also an incomplete one.I had tried your company mobile no-[protected] but found that no response is given.I had booked the product samsung grand2 but you had delivered the statue of ganesh- lakshmi which is alo an incomplete one.I don't want to accept your ganesh-lakshmi statue so i refuse your product.I want only what i had booked earlier not any other item.So, please replace my order with what i had booked earlier.Please inform me the further informations on my mobile number i had given above either by sms or by a phone call.This mistake of yours made me to think that you are fraud.So, you are requested to take action against your employeees or i will file a f.I.R against you.
