Temple Rose Real Estate — Cheques bouncing, no payments being made. | |||||
We have invested in two projects of Temple Rose Real Estate Pvt. Ltd., namely Rose Serene City in 2013 and Rose Pearl City in 2014 on buy back policies and we were issued PDC cheques on quarterly basis till 2017 and 2018 respectively. Until September 2015 the cheques were being honoured. After that cheques were getting bounced for lack of funds, but they paid thru NEFTS . From January 2016 they have stopped paying cheques due in January 2016 and onwards. They sent a request letter saying that cheques would be paid by March 2016. But nothing has happened. PDC's due in January and March 2016 were deposited in the bank but bounced due to insufficient funds. We feel we have no other option but to take recourse to legal action against the Company, as cheques are valid till 2017 and 2018. Anthp Was this information helpful? | |||||

After that cheques were getting bounced for lack of funds.
They sent a request letter saying that the financial condition of the company is not going good and the balance amount will be returned in "some" time.
Not sure, what to do now...let us come together to get our hard earned money back.

all customers of temple rose have formed a association and all the required documents are collected
form individual customers. At present more than 1000 people have come forward and joined the
association. then a formal case of cheating and fraud will be filed by a reputed lawyer. address where
u can submit ur documents and join the association is given below. Take a photocopy of all ur documents
from temple rose, aadhar card, pan card photocopy, and 4 passport photo of the applicant. u have to
personally go and submit the documents as people working there r temple rose customers who have
volunteered for taking up the matter ahead. no courier or post will be entertained.

I am also going through the same problem. I spoke to office and I am going to send legal notice to their office.
My friend also invested along with me, he send a legal notice and he received his payment for first quarter.
Dont be late send a legal notice and forgery case on cheque ounce issue.
Lets all come together and meet and join in this problem.
