Dear Team,
I'm a regular customer of tendercuts past 1 year... On May 18th 2021, I have paid for an order numbered #[protected] But due to some reasons I have cancelled my order on the same date. I have been consistently requesting for my refund but the executives from the chat team has been pushing me for the refund to their aggregated walled which I'm not interested and asked the team to refund to my source account... But haven't received any positive revert from the concerned team
