TGS — I found nothing wrong in TGS Layouts. | |||
I am a senior civil lawyer myself and I went to TGS Layouts office along with my brother-in-law for a land in Electronic City.As the prices were lesser than the market price, my brother-in-law asked me to scan the documents. I found nothing wrong in the documents and went and enquired in the sub-registrar’s office too. All are correct. I am deciding to buy land from them too. Was this information helpful? | |||

Can i get your contach number I want to meet you and check all the documents which you got from TGS after booking
This shows how fraud this TGS people, the person who has put good comment about the TGS property and document also belongs to TGS.
Dubey name is also wrong it looks like he has opened a fake account and has put the comment on this wall.
Total TGS is a fake company they are a big cheaters,
They focus on the poor people as the will be ready to invest the amount where they get the property in the cheaper amount.
TGS don't play with the people you don't no the power of peoples in Bangalore. You might have the influence of big people who are in politician but keep in mind POLITICIANS ARE MADE BY THE PEOPLE & PEOPLE HAS THE POWER FOR EVERYTHING so beware

Thank you all..after seeing all these reviews...defntl not...in fact i was planning to buy one...
They say some thing before and awade to contact, no response to cal., back track from promisses after the customer was caught into their nest
I have booked an plot 12 months ...now MOU period is over and they said again required another 8 months time...prustating. They also mentioned if they unable to provide the PLOT on said time, they will return the money with 8% p.a.
Am I done FD with them?
