[Resolved] The Body Care — lack of customer service skills , careless and highly unprofessional | |||
I have made the payment of Rs 56000 /- to body care in the month of November 2013 and due to my job, I asked them to refund my money with in 1st 14 days of service as per standard polices of service but they refused to pay back . Spoken with their accountants Neha and Sanjay, always tries to ignore calls and topping the chart when it comes to giving excuses . It is been 6 months I and my mom is chasing Them for refunds, faridabad's body care land line number is out of reach - temp disconnection, their counsellor's does not pick calls on their respective mobile numbers . I have spoken to their owner Mrs Divya Sood as well but found her highly unprofessional . STANDING NO WHERE - DOES NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO, As i am a salaried person and could not afford to donate such a huge amount . Was this information helpful? | |||
