Worst customer service, they haven't checked weather the tag in the product is scanned properly, we have paid the bill for that produces too, after paying the bill when we step out they have a buzzer then make us to wait and they have opened all our products again tared the paper that wrap the cloths then finally they said the tag haven't removed properly, even though the mistake is in their side they didn't apologize...In their shop they are charging for their customers service too but they didn't do their job properly and they make us wait there, there are more Shops in the district and I don't need to go back to the worstly behaved shop again even to their branches in other districts Was this information helpful? |
