The Chennai Silks — Delay delivery and billing

Salem branch, at gents section that cashier kept on billing for the customers who came after me by saying that they had only less items. In delivery section they kept on saying that it is being packed, it will come in moments. But it came after 30 mins. Very poor managing. And I have many more complaints can't mention all of them here!!!

When I went to complain about the issue to Floor Manager : SivaKumar, he had no idea what to do with his job and repeating the same thing as others said as a robot
