Today we had a very bad experience in your Cross cut road branch where in the delivery person deliberately made us wait for 10 minutes simply saying our bags are not recd. Our purchase of 4 chudidars, 3 sarees &, 5 Dhoties costing about Rs.6500/- These were packed in 3l bags. We requested him to give 3 more bags since it has to be given to 6 families for a ceremony, he behaved rudly and we complained about it to customer care person and he was much worser We were ill-treated merely for 3 bags by your staff and we came out heavy heartedly from your shop.
