[Resolved] The Chennai Silks — No billing was done since I didn't bring customer card | |||
They refused to include my billing to my loyalty card since I didn't bring the same. Everytime we can't plan and come for shopping. Very worst service. I returned back without any purchase. Don't think that only your shop is available in whole town. I was really frustrated by the way they asked me to bring it or put on a new card. One cannot always put plan before going for a shopping. Even they refused to accept when I showed the scanned image in my mobile. Was this information helpful? | |||
