The Courier Guy (Jhb) accepted a large, expensive parcel on 12th December for overnigfht shipment to the city of Grahamstown, E Cape. One would have assumed, following international courier pratice, that it would fly or go by road overnight to PE and the following day to Grahamstown (13th ...or being generous 14th). On the 15th I went to collect from their depot to be informed that it had been sent to GEORGE... and would not arrive in Grahamstown until friday. The wybill clearly sats GRAHAMSTOWN KIOSK.
Is this the sort of appallingly typical shoddy couldnt-care-less South African service that we have to put up with? Like Sun Couriers before them, this courier will soon be out of business, deservedly so. Was this information helpful? |
