I have order new mobile on 5th may 2016 i recieved on 9th may 2016 mobile name nokia 11oi my order number [protected] has been booked and got when i switching on the phone was not working condition and i kept charge after that also not worked this is very very very very very very phrod i do not know wt company is this??? I want to return back now

Mobile wrong and not working

My order no [protected] but I am booking in NOKIA 1100 but Iam Received NOKIA 1300 but this mobile not Working so very bad service to your product I am all ready sent to the mail not Responce so clear this problam
