The Emart — Duplicate product given and that product is not working | |||||
Hi... I have order the the product ( MI+ 20800 mAh Power Bank with ear phone) online on Aug 19, 2016. from the THE - EMART. but they have given me a duplicate samsung power bank. The product is not new and had scratched on it and any one can tell that its a used product and most importanr the poerbank is not in working condition. So I request you to please replace the product and give me the new product which i have ordered. or refund the total price amount which i have pais for this product.
