Complaint given to the emart authorities on[protected]

We are booked mobile model n105 dual sim but they send me n105 single sim after received my item complaint was given to the emart authorities after 10 day they gave me a mail the emart persons will come and replace the item but even after 20 days they not come and collect the item.
In this regard i complaint registered in form id 1392883. Hence once again requested to do need full sir
