Dear sir, I was puchased a mobile nokia c5 on 23 july 2016 and after 4 days received on cod. After received i was checked my item but it was not in working. Items details below. Email id : [protected]@gmail.com Order id : [protected] Product name : nokia c5 Product code : nokiac503 Quantity : 1 Now i was done a complaint regarding my problem to firm on 23 aug 16 and his reply being given below. We have received your request to return the product below. Our delivery staff will pickup the item within the next 5 - 7 days. After the return is picked-up and processed, you will receive store credits for the value of the item paid by you. Our shipping vendor will call you registered phone no, [protected]. Within the next 24-48 hours for scheduling of the pickup of your return. Note: re-pack the item along with its original product packaging and accompanying tags in the provided returns bag.in case you have misplaced or lost the returns bag, use any other tamper-proof packaging.
