The Global Open University Nagaland — Non receipt of marks list for exam given in December 2014

I enrolled myself in M Sc (A Psy) in 2012 and gave my exams in the subsequent years. Though I received my first year marks list, I am yet to receive my second year marks list. It has been over a year since I gave my exam but there is no response from the university, despite many emails and phone calls.

I have done M Phill in Zoology from The Globle Open University, Nagaland centre of Dehradun in the year 2008-10. Is this degree valid for public sector job.
