I had ordered a ducted fan costing of rs. 2350. when i ordered the fan i got the confirmation mail from merchant..with order number . when i put that order no. on the merchant website then i found there was no consignment under this order no. after that i checked my account in thehobbyshop.in which i found empty. there was no information regarding my order and my order was still in the cart. i tried to contact with them via mail and massage but they didnot reply. i have read many review after this incident happened . if there were so much complaints against them then why this websites is on the internet. why court is not taking any action against this website?
