You have a branch on Shubra Street that deprives customers from charging mobiles via the network. I am not that kind of complainer customer, but whenever I ask the one behind the computer for charging my Vodafone line, he gives me the same answer every time ( The net wok is out of order ). Thus I keep asking myself why do you keep this branch open if the network is cut off all the time (This happened for more than 9 or 10 times)???? Are you keeping it open to sell mobiles or just as a showroom????
