[Resolved]  The Pan Card.com — Not received pancard

I have applied my PAN on 29 July 2020.
They received my application on 16 November 2020.

My customer code is A2758533 which shows validation completed since 19 November 2020.

Now it is 20 December 2020 still they have not submitted my application .I was trying to contact customer care service but no response.

Before applying they said that your PAN will be sent to you within 15 days of receiving application but now it's 1 month and 3 days.

Already there is no update to me about my PAN.

Is it a fraud website kindly please take action on this or else kindly Solve my problem.
