I have submitted online application to generate pan card on the site the pan card.com and send the same hard copy to chennai address.They received it on 13/01/2021.But still now only one msg.is displaying-will be submit relevant authority shortly.
Contacted many times via customer support but no response...No action..No answer.. Please take necessary action against these types of fraud sites...And insure for a new pan card......

Hiii I applied for pan card before 2_3months ago they are not doing anything and not responding to my message and not processing my pan card.. I think they are cheating with me as they are not even given me coupon number..and now if I apply for pan card from other site they will fine me 10000inr for possession of 2 pan card kindly help me...

They received my application on 16 November 2020.
My customer code is A2758533 which shows validation completed since 19 November 2020.
Now it is 20 December 2020 still they have not submitted my application .I was trying to contact customer care service but no response.
