The Snow Travel — holiday package fraud

Hello,
This company rep sachin singh contacted me and provided a quote of 16k for my mysore ooty coonoor 4days 3 nights holiday package dated 10th-13th august 2019.
Then i was asked to pay initial booking amount of 8k which i paid instantly. Before i could get any confirmation on my hotel and cab bookings another rep called me from the snow travel customer care no and asked for rest of 8k. When asked why that rep started yelling that before you give all the payment your booking won’t be confirmed. I did pay the rest of 8k towards the snow travel company.
When i raised this with sachin singh who had initially contacted me he did not entertain my complaint and said that i m from booking dept and i can’t do anything about it.
After sending many emails on my status for hotel booking i got another call from the same customer care rep asking more 8.5 k for taxi booking. When asked he again started yelling that the package given was wrong from the booking team side. When contact sachin singh, he just said yes, ”galati se wrong package de diya”. They did not end here. Again the customer care rep called asking more 4.5 towards gst.
I paid an overall of 28.5 k towards this package.
When i reached mysore my hotel booking was not confirmed. The customer care person started telling me that it was my responsibility and not his. I was standing in an unknown city with my wife on the roads of mysore figuring out on my accommodation. I was told to carry on with site seeing till the issue was fixed. I had travelled from pune on 9th midnight reached mysore from bangalore airport and this # customer rep was asking me to go for a site seeing.
My hotel booking were already cancelled from oyo for mysore and ooty. When asked the hotel mysore republic and silver oak annexe in ooty, they said the hotels were booked my a mere payment of 600rs which was too less and we cancelled your bookings. The cancellation email was already sent to the snow travel company.
I had to take care of my hotel reservations spending extra from my own pocket.
Now when i asked the company for refund and detailed bill they are just not responding.

Please do not fall in trap of travel companies from noida haryana. All are cheaters and they will ruin your holidays.
