I have booked one day tour for 3 couples + 3 children as per quotation provided by this company for lonavala for taxi +1day hotel stay at lonavala from navi mumbai dt. 14 sep 2019. After depositing 14000 rupees (8000 taxi + 6000 hotel) whole money as per quotation. They demanded for extra money for hotel. So i refused to take hotel service as they failed to provide the quotation given in morning for same day of traveling. They said as per company policy they will refund rs. 5200 instead of rs.6000 from 7 working day to 24 working day. But till 24th october 2019 they have not refunded even rs.5200/-. I have already send many reminder for refund, they provide new date for refund.

Updated by gulatigg Dont book any tour packages from this company, will provide u cheap quotation. Once u will deposit the amount, they will ask for additional amount and u will be trap

Hii I'm tejasvi my 15k is with them I sent a legal notice through my lawyer to them but they didn't receive so my courier came back... So I gone to cyber police station they said find some more people so that they can take action against them of raid I've one girl with me she has 10k with them so if interested give me call on [protected]

i paid 25000 thousand via PAYTM for ooty trip, next day person contact me and he said u have to pay extra 12k for that trip, so i cancel my trip ask for refund, but that person said as per policy after 60working days only u will get the amount, but still now no response, mobile switch off, website shows under process,

This is Harsha hear, as i am facing the same issue with www.snowtravel.com.
I have payed them 8000/- in behalf my shirdi trip. Again the same story they asked me extra charges as the given payment is not enough to execute.
So i canceled my trip but not got a single rupee refund from them.
Also i have attached a image of my mail which i have got from them saying that my refund is under process.

Last yr i had plan to go on shimla manali tour . I talked with them .They are begging to send the money and promise me will provide good facilities.I just flew into feeling ans sent a money to them. But later they again request me to send more due to higher rend of hotel .. then i cancelled my plan i told them to refund my money .. they said will be credited within 60 working days and after that they never recievd my call n also not get any rply from them

Same problem with me also ...they have taken 30000rs o[censored]s ..for tour of sikkim, EARLIER they asked for 11000
rs only then they again asked for 30000rs ...still now no confirmation ...
So please help me ... 30000rs is very hard for me to earn ...please somebody help me so that i can get back my money
