I have recently bought a friends phone case and it is a defective product
I want to return/exchange and i'm untitled to do so as the policy states that the product can be returned or exchanged within 15 days if the product is available in proper condition.
However i am unable to find the return option can cannot return it.
Please look into this and hopefully you will be able to assist me and give a reply

I Didn't find the John Cena green t-shirt which of the logos you have recently launched in form of a cup and poster... I want that Green Latest T-SHIRT as soon as possible as I totally rely on the Souled Store... Thanks bt plz try to arrange it

Hai iam abay i had ordered for a t shirt but the order hasnt be placed
But the money has been deducted from my account.
