Date of Incident: Dec 1 2023. Order ID: Order ID: 10397431 This was a long story that happened for around the past 2 weeks. I ordered a few clothes from 'The Souled Store' App and the Estimated delivery was 03 Dec. I tried reaching their customer support team but got no assurance about my delivery date. (I have attached a few screenshots for reference) Whenever I reach them, they tell me to wait for 72 Hours, wait for 72 hours and then the case is escalated. I did not receive the product till DEC 21. So, I thought that they would not deliver my product and cancelled the order through the live chat. They apologized and offered me 200 TS points. It is like a rollercoaster of frustration dealing with customer service and waiting for your order. It's definitely not the experience you'd hope for when making a purchase. Getting those 200 TS points as compensation is a nice gesture, but it doesn't quite make up for the inconvenience and the long wait. Can I file a complaint with the consumer court to address my concerns in order to provide additional TSS points or provide money for the time I have waited and wasted? Also, I have not received the TSS points till I need them. They should offer me at least 1000 + TSS points. Was this information helpful? | |||
