[Resolved]  The Souled Store — product not delivered

I was supposed to get my product within 7 days, it has been 10 days. I have got no way to track my order even. and now when I am checking their order confirmation mail, I see that gmail has flagged the mail as phishing. I have mailed them back but I have already paid for the product. How do I confirm that the store is a fraud and get my money back? I have attached the screenshot of the gmail warning that I got.

it has been 15 days since i ordered my t shirt nobody picks up my call and nobody has called me regarding this

Dear sir my [protected] my registered product id...but i face a problem i.e i receieved a order i.e wwe t shirt is xl size so please change its length midium plz
