This company charges money for products that are fake or that are not what you ordered, as in my case. I have ordered a 23, 000.00 inr Cartier pen and then sent me a Montblanc of much lesser value. Of course you discover only once you have paid the delivery, and by then it's too late. They will keep you on the phone and email for months finding clever excuses and at the end you loose ALL your money. And, this being India, there is no free and fast consumer protection, so they'll go on cheating people for years.

With reference to the order #[protected]. would like to inform you that the order delivered is not the product ordered. Had ordered a Prada lace up shoe (Black and White combination) and the order delivered is a LV pair of black shoes.I was trying to connect thro phone & mails, but there is no response. Very unprofessional & fake stuff also

Please write to [protected]@nic.in with your complaint. Even I went through a similar situation with Exuberant. I raised thr complaint with Chandigarh police in last week of November, and it was resolved in January.
