When I booked the ride on 24/2/2023 I agreed to pay 144 rupees for my ride but after reaching my destination it says I have to pay 292 rupees and when I checked why it said uts because my last ride which was on 18/2/2023 payment was pending even though I paid the driver personally....

Guys don't get prey of such fake sites
I had ordered a zigna belt 20 days back
N after using it 2-3 times the entire inner sole has come out
After contacting them again n again the executives straight away denies of any exchange n also says that it happens as the belt is an old one
The executives r so ruthless n products are absolutely non genuine...

This company charges money for products that are fake or that are not what you ordered, as in my case. I have ordered a 23, 000.00 inr Cartier pen and then sent me a Montblanc of much lesser value. I received a duplicate and damaged pen on 10th November 2015 for which i paid 4500, they are the cheaters and do not deal with customers after the sale, you can communicate with them only through wats app and when you call their customer service they just asked to wait for the replacement. I bought a purse which was delivered to me on COD. The delivery guy insisted that I can only open the box after I have made the payment which I did and found to my dismay that it was the wrong bag. He asked me to take the matter with the customer support and he did not take the wrong product back.
