TheKnowledgeAcademy — Selling Courses with False Commitment

Website:www.theknowledgeacademy.com

I am preparing for AWS certification and got failed in 1st attempt, and I got call from theknowledgeacademy for the same course with some commitment, and offering some discount on course if I enroll on call only, I was looking for this kind of guidance and I enrolled my self and after attending one session I found all the commitments were false and just for selling there courses they are committing anything.

The sales guy committed me following things, which all I found false

Theknowledgeacademy is AWS training partner - Not able to find out anywhere on your website or even on aws training partner list
You have committed that you (Theknowledgeacademy) have 99.8% ratio to clear the certification
But the content (last weekend session) was very very basic and not sufficient to clear the certification (as I have already attempt for the exam), not satisfy with it.
You have committed that all the trainers are certified - not found anywhere that the current trainer is AWS certified trainer.
AWS changes the question pattern after every 35 days and as you mentioned that you (Theknowledgeacademy) are AWS training partners you get it from AWS - cross checked with the trainer but he said he is not aware of it.
You (Theknowledgeacademy) will take mock tests before attempting the AWS exam.

After this I have raised the concern (with refund request) to there support and escalations team, but they all were asking me for the proof and defending there sales guy, and they have even stopped my next 2 sessions, means I cant getting my money refund and I cant attend any further session.
