I had placed an order on 7 march 2023 on their website "https://www.thepetcare.in". My order was "Pedigree Adult Dry Dog Food, Chicken & Vegetables, 20kg Pack "and order number was #8753.
First of all I was charged Rs 3184.12. I received an email from "[protected]@thepetcare.in" informing about my order. However no tracking or delivery of the order. When i contacted them over Email, Website chat, Whatsapp there was no response.
I read the complaints here and mailed them to provide me the refund & received an derogatory reply which is very unprofessional.
I request for a full refund and also I want to inform that this a fake business don't order from this website they are all frauds. Was this information helpful? |
