Theshoppingbazar — payment is already done but product didn't get delivered

I have order product on 29th august 2019 with all payments done for same.
The order delivery date showed as 17th sept 2019. Till today 19th sept 2019 nothing arrived plus they have provide contact no (Mobile no.) tried calling on same but number is switched off also email id provided have send mail but no response at all. Neither they are taking courtesy to update us.
Please kindly take the strict action against this online shopping websites who treat in such way. It was my 1st & worst experience with this website on shopping.
