I am highly disappointed and sad by the behavior and professional ethics shown by your team. Your team does not realize that your are losing business by refusing to provide services in a transparent manner.
My request to book filght for delhi-bangalore (Reference no : fb1541566), was first accepted, payment was done by me, and a acceptance mail was sent to me regarding the same. I got assured that flight was booked, but later another mail was sent stating that flight can not be booked as price has increased by this time.
Firstly, if i made payment for the flight on the amount shown at the time of booking and booking is done, how can you cancel my ticket stating the reason that price has increased? Are you not responsible for quoting the correct price. Customer will only pay what your system shows at time of booking. It is highly unprofessional on your part to cancel a booking for this reason. Its your respnosibility to sent me the ticket at the stated price.
Now, you have cancelled my booking and my amount is also stuck with you! I hope you understand the frustration you are causing to the customer.
It makes a strong case to go to legal authorities so that they can show you the mirror and tell you how to follow business ethics. If you do not provide me a solution asap (Which is providing me a ticket at same price) i am taking this case to consumer court and will also make sure that people come of know of your money-first and customer-last mindset as i am going to spread it on social media with all the communication that i had with you!
