I booked an order for foreign currency (1, 850 euros) with thomas cook a few hours ago. I made the full payment and had to next upload my documents. However, i will be traveling for studies but the set of documents demanded were that for personal travel. I called up the customer care twice in vain. The response was very poor and i have not received any correspondence. The payment has been made in full and i am worried about the money and the fact that i don't have much time to spare before travel. Was this information helpful? |
I have raised a complaint with Thomas Cook for a refund of $107.82 not credited into my card. There were numerous follow ups done and proof of refund submitted. Now it’s been more than a week, no response from Thomas Cook after an email that backend team is investigating.
