I made initial payment for 5 person for a trip to us. I have been assigned 4 different travel coordinators but nobody calls me or mails me regarding anything after payment. When i finally tracked them through various customer care call, they are saying visa cannot be processed for me. When i ask about refund, they are not addressing my query. I have tried calling them for the past 4 days and no solution or response from their side. Very pathetic service. I want my refund. Was this information helpful? |
