Thomas Cook India — Non-Refund of tour booking advance amount of Rs 1,20,000

We had booked an American tour package and due to health reasons, we had to cancel the tour 1 month in advance. Thomas Cook is not refunding a single rupee even though no arrangements or ticket bookings have been done from their side. They claim that tickets are issued which is false and I am aware that airlines will refund the ticket amount if cancelled 1 month in advance. This is highly unprofessional from Thomas Cook. They are not able to show any proofs of any kind of expenses they have incurred in order to take our complete amount of Rs 1, 20, 000. Pleas for partial refund is also taken in deaf ears.
