Thomas Cook India — Not extend my travel date

I have booked a tour package european wonders from thomas cook. I have paid full amount i. E-2.66 lacs on time. But due to poor medical condition i am not able to go on a tour i contact thomas cook from last 1 week that please extend my date to some other package. I will pay extra charge for that they are saying ok we will do that but now they are saying this is not possible at all we are not even going to refund a single penny. They are saying once you paid we are not going to give you anything either you are in hospital. Tell me what can i do now.
